Sean Ho'okano-briel, Product Manager - Elevate Project

We often get some variation of this question - "I know my firm needs Legal Project Management (LPM), but how do I convey the impact of taking on this initiative to my internal stakeholders?" Not to worry. We heard you loud and clear! To help you distill what matters, Elevate partnered with the community members of #LPMHQ and conducted a survey on the state of the profession pertaining to LPM activities, LPM resource trends, future initiatives, etc.

Here are a few of the highlights:

  • Over the last 5 years, the demand for LPM has increased by 300%.
  • Over the last 5 years, the primary focus of LPMs was increasing client satisfaction.
  • Going forward, key LPM initiatives are internal training and implementing useful technology to augment matter delivery.

The ever-evolving legal landscape presents new opportunities as well as expectations. With that, it certainly appears that LPM is here to stay, playing a vital role in matter delivery.

For more detailed survey metrics, please visit link below and feel free to reference these findings in your own internal LPM conversations!
